EG Gray

They owe us money since January its been 4 months past due.
 
Welp, shoulda listened to you all..
Gave EG a load, rush LTL shipment. Driver showed up with not enough room. No calls, no notice, nothing.
Next day customer calls up not too happy obviously. EG says no problem, they have another truck leaving shortly and can still deliver within the time. Then 1 excuse, then another, then no contact. No one answers emails or phones the rest of the day.
Why is it so hard to just say "Sorry, I effed up, we cannot do it"? Why play the I'm hiding from you game?
 
We are talking about E G Gray Transportation Ltd located in Peterborough, Ont right?
I thought they were solid as a rock.
 
Would use them again if only they'd answer their phones.. no answer.. no call back.. complete radio silence. LTL to/from Cobourg area is a bit of a niche market.. 50 thousand carriers serving Toronto west/Mississauga/Guelph/Cambridge verses one or two in the Cobourg area.

Darryl is usually not too bad with replying to his emails
 
Any new info on EG Gray? They still post loads and according to loadlink their credit/payment info is all good.
 
110 days so far.
And an email signature that says "do not cross the line when it comes to your tax obligations"
How about not crossing the line when it comes to your payables?

Should have known better, I expected 60-90 days slow, but this...
