back in November 2014 & December 2014, we had stored their trailers in our yard. To obtain payment had to put pin-locks on them... 2 NSF's later.
The district manager (dm@ewrtrans.com) / finance, would respond from his/her Blackberry & never add a name to the emais...
Total amount due was $2300 (incl NSF fees) & we finally negociated $1000 cash (no more chqs from them)...just to get them out of our yard.

Phones are no longer in service either now. It appears they never had any intentions to pay from the beginning , the calls we did have were always blocked from a fellow named Ken with nothing but false promises to pay. Not sure if their office is still at 180 Wilkinson Rd unit 31 in Brampton. Also spoke to Dee numerous times and according to her all payments were made from the corporate office but she couldn't tell us what the address was??? Tried to find out who the owner of the company was and told us it was an investor who was out of the country o_O.
 
Chances are if you did a load for them, then it was double brokered. They have gotten their money and ran. They double brokered one of my loads, asked for quick pay, got it and then didn't pay the carrier that did the work.
