BE WARE of DUNRITE LOGISTICS with address : 7454 Airport Road Suite 208. Mississauga, ON ph: 905-362-0632 and 905-999-9971, Tony Gionfriddo. He took a load from a broker and of course doubled broker to another carrier, and of course didnt pay the actual carrier that delivered the load. Now, keep in mind TONY BALONEY stole the itendity of DUNRITE LOGISTICS in Port Hope. On top of this there is a factoring company called RBA located at 100 Bass Pro Mills Drive , Unit 43 that is in on this fraud transaction, his name is Mike. Ph: 905-738-6661. If Tony only knew who he is dealing with this time......

Bailey, I would like to know more about how RBA Financial is involved in this. We have quite a few carriers using their factoring services. If you have any proof of this suspected collusion, I'm sure many of this forum's members would like to hear it. Please elaborate.

This is new to me.....however these are the facts that I have:
DUNRITE - TONY issued an invoice with instructions to pay RBA in Vaughan. So the broker who contracted this to DUNRITE paid RBA in Vaughan. We later find out that RBA had TONY pick up the check at their offices in Vaughan. So, if DUNRITE, Mississauga is not the legitimate owner of DUNRITE as he stole the itenditiy to DUNRITE from Port Hope, would RBA not be aware of who they are issuing payments to?

If this Tony character has been able to sell himself as a legitimate carrier to so many people, surely he was able to convince RBA as well. Granted, one would hope that RBA exercised adequate due diligence before they started writing cheques, but it would appear that they too are victims in this matter, not accomplices. Crooks such as Tony, don't discriminate who they rip-off, carriers, shippers, or factoring companies are all fair game in his book.
