James at Dundalk Express in Dundalk , ON is 90 days past due on a load that I hauled for him. If anyone has any information on them let me know.

Anyone have any info regarding Dundalk Express, Innisfil ON? Principal might be Tim Medway who also shows as the principal behind TDM Logix Corp at 6784 10 Side Road Innisfil.

I did a load for a company named DWillard. On load link as 15912768 Canada Inc.
Long story short I connected many dots and they never had intent to pay when they posted it on the link.
I delivered and was ghosted. I had to track them down and given many sob reasons why they cannot pay. I spoke to both the shipper and the receiver and they said they were terrible to deal with. Too long of a story to post here for now. The receiver paid them in full and even he called them asking them to pay.
There is late payment on an invoice. This is different. These are 2 love bird freight fraudsters. Terrible people. I have spoken to a few other carriers and they are owed 10's of thousands of dollars.
Stay far from this company. I did some digging and find out that Dundalk express and the following companies are all from the same 2 fraudsters. Thank you to the posts in this group that helped me put it all together.
Here are the company names listed for them.

Has 2 contact phone numbers:
James: 519-939-2586 Office (this was his cell) / 249-733-6850 Cell phone He asked me to call Danah at that number to find out about getting paid.

The company name they have on the Loadlink Load board.

That TJ kid started a few years ago, First load he sold was to a guy on facebook. Think the guy is still trying to be paid. No dealing and there will be none as I hear nothing but bad associated to his name.

When does this get noted as though it is fraud and not some past due invoice. I have proof for my load they had zero intentions of paying. They sold me the load for more then they even got paid for it. Who does that. I spoke to a carrier last week that reached out to me after a post I made on linked in. He is owed 10k for a load he did last month. Another said 4k. There are more coming out. Tim, Timothy, James, TJ and his wife Danahh, Danah, Rebecca are full stop scammers. The newest business is now under her name as DWillard Logistics and a numbered company.

With access to so many resources and different means to check a companies credit worthiness, it amazes me how the scammers can still find their victims. I suppose desperation can cloud someone’s better judgement and force them into dealing with a party that is sketchy at best. It can happen on both sides of the desk in our industry with carriers getting scammed by shady brokers and brokers getting scammed by double/triple brokering carriers. A broker you have never heard of miraculously has a load for your stranded truck. Or a carrier with flimsy references can send his truck right now to pick up that load you have had sitting for a week, therefore getting an irate shipper off your back. Been there…..done that. I predict that this situation is getting ready to explode with the decrease of available freight and in spite of numerous closures and bankruptcies, an over supply of available trucks.If it wasn’t time already, it is certainly time now for a review of your vetting procedures and emphasizing to staff how important it is to know your customer/supplier.

I went ahead and made google listings for all his alliance companies and numbered company so people who have been scammed can leave reviews. TND Farms, TDM Logix, Dundalk Express, 15912768 Canada Inc, and his latest new business name Dwillard Logistics - 251 Ridley Crescent Dundalk, ON, CA N0C 1B0

Plot twist. The member fymfer is most likely Tim trying to get us off the trail. The latest address they have in April with Loadlink and the Canadian Business registry is: 251 Ridley Crescent Dundalk, ON, CA N0C 1B0. They registered a new business to that address in April. I have all my numbers blocked by Tim. Today as soon as this "fymfer" started to comment, Tim sent me a text screenshot of the groups conversations. So he is here watching. I could be wrong but I would want more details as to that new address.

That math isn't mathing. Seems like someone tried to throw you off the tract. They also told someone else they were in an accident and almost lost their legs in April. They told someone else that called their number that they just got that number in April and their name is Rebecca and have no idea who Danah or Tim are. Meanwhile I was contacting Danah at that same number. My spidy senses say.. not adding up....
