There are plenty of options in both cities. Most likely, it will come down to a rate though.... I have been out of it for a while, but it was always just a matter of money to get it done for most of the carriers. I would call around. Good luck.

Also, try GTA dirt haulers. They go to Sudbury with a contaminated soil and come back empty. That was a while ago though. And, no food grade trailers there....
