I've used him once (about 3 months ago) on a TL from Toronto to Seattle WA.
I dealt with Michael. Picked up and delivered on the days requested.
Communication was excellent. He called with morning and afternoon updates where the truck was. Called when it arrived at destination and called again to say the truck was empty.
I would use again.
