I love "the burden" - if the employee (sorry sub-contractor) does not look after "the burden" then the government will come after the company anyways.

Gcowlen - I'm sure you pay all your bills but there are lots who don't.

@ lowmiler88; you seem to be one of the few that understands the benefit v. liability of for hire, or temp drivers. Sounds like you could be launching a new discussion. Why not have at it?
