If you're looking for a good company to work for, this ain't it! Drive Logistics shorts pay, lies blatantly to drivers and makes deals they have NO intention pf keeping. My truck was starting to use too much fuel. Drive has an '09 Volvo that I proposed to buy on a lease purchase basis. They asked for 7 grand down. I sold My 9900i and had the money. I talked to a kid in the garage, Chris, who I thought was a good kid, and mentioned off hand that I was asked to look at anther truck, and I said that I would. He ran straight to management, and ratted Me down saying that I was buying a different truck which wasn't at all true. Instead of coming to ME and asking what was going on, they quashed the deal and left Me unemployed. They are in abeyance of their contract, and schemed to pull this off. It was petty, childish, illegal, and idiotic, but shows their moral bankruptcy. Anyone who goes to work for them can expect to be lied to by dispatch leader Troy Botting, and HR boss Eric Bialkowski. BE WARNED, THEY LIE, CHEAT ,AND STEAL EVERYTHING THEY CAN, and if you catch them at it, they say "oh sorry, we'll fix it right away" DO NOT GO TO DRIVE LOGISTICS FOR WORK, they're nothing short of criminals

Sorry to hear. I don't know the details and I'm not going to comment except that as a carrier their service and professionalism has always been excellent.

Morally bankrupt, and they don't give a shit for anyone. The company owner is a decent guy who lives in Costa Rica now, and he doesn't know what they're doing here. I'm on a mission to make sure they don't make the list of companies to work for, or fleets to watch. They shouldn't be allowed to rip people off, they took Me for 2500 bucks give or take ten.

I am not saying the original post is without merit. However I believe what we have here is a disgruntled ex employee who is using this forum for the wrong purposes.

I agree with whatiship and I have moved this thread to the more appropriate heading "Moan & Groan". The original post had nothing to do with Drive as a carrier and/or non relating to payment terms.

Should any Senior member have something else to add regarding the company as a whole - it may/may not give the original post some merit. Will leave it at that.

Any follow up posts will be monitored accordingly.

Thank you

Drive Logistics handles approx 6 loads a month for us and none of them hit my desk (no service issues, also no waiting time, not accessorials beyond small amounts).

Thanks for the service - keep it up!

Keep well,
Mike

The service at times is questionable, and they have too many company trucks parked in the fence. What they did to Me was dirty and dishonest. I gave them good service as an O/O for three years, then as will happen, I was screwed! I could have a lot of drivers who went to them, and also got screwed over, comment here. It's the way they treat their drivers, a lot of guys are leaving.

Funny, when I read the article I thought about this thread and thought exactly the same.
