Dream Catchers - Beware

I gave Ron @ Dream Catchers LTL on March 28 and he promised LTL delivery by April 4th, 7 days later. My customer sent out installers to AB to meet his truck and it became a total disaster of lies from both Ron the dispatcher and his driver. He would avoid my calls unless we called from alternative phone numbers and lied he had delivered to me, my boss and my customer. The freight finally arrived April 9th, five days later with installers waiting.

I strongly advise against using this carrier.

I had a similar experience with these clowns a couple years ago, when truck finally arrived the installers remembered the driver from another disaster they caused earlier that year.
