I used this carrier a few times in the new year and they did a good job, but the last two loads they have done they cancelled last min, while lying all day on the trucks situtation. I would be careful when using them
 
recently gave them a load to Fort Wayne, they failed to follow instructions and did not get a delivery appointment, dumped on a dock in Fort Wayne with the promise they would take care of getting the load delivered, 2 weeks later and it is still not delivered. Now have $400 in cross dock charges and still not delivered. They keep lying about what they are doing to fix the problem.
 
Barrieman, that was the issue I had with them , Failing to follow instructions and giving BS excused the whole time.
 
Good afternoon guys,

Any recent service history with this carrier? I'm about to allow a TL, OH-ON to be sent to them (for pickup today). Kinda hard to fail on TL service, right? :)

be careful, all he is did to us is lie about his trucks location and missed a very hot auto shipment
 
Hm. Having the shipper verify it says Douglas on the side of the truck. Once a TL is picked up, nothing really to do besides deliver it! :)
