Does anyone recognize the SCAC code CUPA? It is the carrier that actually moved our freight and I want to know who they are.

Any search for SCAC or Canada Carrier Code would definitely be beneficial. +

As you know, it is a real challenge to search/seek a "SCAC" code. If LINK can add this request to the Carrier's profile, it would assist us with the "double broker" potential situations.

Also, LINK should then add a search item for SCAC codes.....

I think that the listing may be protected. But if you're a member, you should be able to get a userid/password to look it up I think?

if you have the pars number, call the customs broker who cleared the shipment. They will know the name of the carrier.

When I google, CUPA corresponds to "Cupola Trucking Inc." and they appear to be from Harrisburg PA. You may want to verify with them if that's their current SCAC.

Call the customs broker. They should be able to tell you who the scac code belongs to.
