Does anyone recognize this carrier?

I'm not sure this is the right forum, but maybe someone can help identify this truck, our insurance company would like to chat with them. Hit and run at a truck stop in Franklin, Ohio. Driver's dashcam caught it but we can't make out the company. Our driver was sleeping when he hit the truck. Went out, and the other driver was "going to park and come back with info" then took off....

I've ran it through multiple video enhancements and I still can't make it out. Maybe it will look familiar to someone.

What about the truck stop's cameras? Has anyone checked those yet? Even if the parking lot can't be seen, the cameras may have images of the truck on its way out of the truck stop.

If you look at the clips before or after the 'hit', can you make out a plate number/partial plate/state? Even a little bit of information may be enough for the police. It has worked for us with the OPP.

Hard to say on the computer screen. Did you try to watch on big screen TV ?

Yep I've tried viewing it on every screen, threw it in video editing software, blew it up.. the resolution is so poor making it bigger just distorts it more. No plate visible, the only thing we have to go on to identify is the bit of text on the door. Wishing our driver would have got a plate number or noticed the company name on the truck, but he was half asleep We're on the hook for the deductible if we can't find them. Also unfortunately, it was not in the truck stop video's range.
