Does anyone know where to buy a Sky Hook for my Flatbeds

Way back in my early days I had never even hooked to a flat bed before and I was lifted up on top of a lumber load by a forklift with tarps with no instructions it didn't take me long to say F This and got back down, I did not care if they fired me or not. Unfortunately all these rules are in place because someone died and yes sometimes they go too far but if you have ever lost an employee to an accident the money is really incidental after the fact.

Yeah really what do they expect you to hook onto? sure if a forklift has it's forks above you could hook to that, but that's about it.

maybe get spiderman to help you tarp it... funky laws... funky system we have...

What ever you tie to needs to be approved/certified. Tieing off to a forklift won't be legal.

Don't forget that along with a certified "fall arrest protection" comes proper fall arrest training.

It will end up like the tanker guys ... you will have to build a fall arrest system onto the trailer. Only stands to reason though that if you have to do that, you might as well have sliding tarp system.
