in their infinite ineptness negleted to advise us there was a loading time for the day prior to when we received the confirmation. RD spun lie after lie and called our dispatch and their customer "retarded" and promptly hung up. Not very professional!
So, do we believe RD when he says he sent away one of his Texas trucks so we could take the loading appointment? This makes no sense what so ever. Spidey sense tells me if he has lied once he is spinning tall tales again.
The shipper at site tells us we will not be loaded today (or chances are slim). Do we let our truck sit there all day in the hopes we might get loaded if the wind is blowing in the right direction or do we yank him and cut our losses?
Moral of the story - beware when dealing with Docktor Freight - they do not represent themselves very well. Also, the old days of taking someone at their word is long over. Congratulations Docktor Freight you just severed a long time business relationship.
Thanks for reading.
