Normally I do to. This customer in Olney has purchased a sweeper in Winnipeg off Iron Planet or some such website. I asked him if he had a dock and he of course doesn't. I suggested a tilt deck tow truck and there was dead air on the other end. Instead of trying to bring him into the 21st century I was trying to go back in time to meet up with him, if you know what I mean. As it turns out, he hasn't done any of the things I asked him to like get a customs broker so now the freight gets to wait until next week sometime. I must be a sucker for punishment because I never say no to these folks. Trying to help out someone who hasn't the foggiest idea on what needs to happen can be rewarding. I sometimes get reminded of that old quote though, "No good deed goes unpunished!"
