Be leery of Diversco Systems out of Cambridge. Back solicitors.

They don't even wait until the shipment is picked up...lol

Their used car salesman, Ryan, doesn't seem to understand, that a shipper's first impression of your company is not a good one when it is a slimy back solicit. You might get the odd shipper to give you a load, but they will drop you when the next cheaper guy comes along. The good shippers will tell you where to go and ignore you and you then lose all your carriers/brokers who help fill your trucks and can give you much more work than one shipper typically can.

Word spreads fast in the transportation industry...

Building long lasting business relationships through honesty and integrity will pay off in the long run.

Are you sure about your claim, I have not one negative thing to say about anyone @ Diversco, They also are involved in many industries directly themselves

We have only used them a handful of times over the years. They do a good job (we deal with Leslie).

Perhaps a rogue salesman.

Never had an issue with Diversco, and their rates are good. Also deal mostly with Leslie, and have personally worked with her in the past - I only have good things to say about her.

Just to be clear and as I mentioned, Leslie is fine to deal with and their service is good.

A back-soliciting salesman is the issue I was raising.

Believe it or not, it just happened to my customer- A guy named Ryan called my client and tried to back solicit,

I believe the company is owned by Jon & Bob... I'd at least make a call to have the matter addressed. If I had staff doing unethical things out there... I'd want to know about it.

Seems to me that would be the most professional thing to do.

Absolutely @Nawk, I made contact with the dispatch team and they did not sound surprised, they were apologetic and said they would take the matter to the owners,

CLIENT TRANSPORT is brokering out of the same office. So I guess beware that maybe if you give something to Diversco then Client shows up to poach your customer or vice versa.
