Disturbing information on F.T.C. Limited MC#381694

Frasier Logistics - Waterdown

Does anyone know if Frasier Logistics in Waterdown (with head office in Montreal) are a part of the same "F.T.C." regime? MC is 313767 originally shown out of Memphis but now shows PQ and Waterdown on Safer.

I think I found my own answer...I just tried calling "Steve" back and the # was answered by Woodbine Racetrack. The lady advised me that "he must have his calls forwarded here again". I ended up calling his old insurance agent who confirmed it is the same company.
When initially asking "Steve" who owned his company, he said he didn't know. I asked if he was a part of Felter etc. and he said he heard of them but only because he did a load for them.

Good afternoon all...yes FTC is operating in Monteal, Quebec and probably up to thier usual tricks...at one point their telephone number was forwarded to the Carrier Sanction and Investigation Office of MTO in St Kitts and did the poor bugger who answer the telephone ever get alot of grief from former clients of FTC/Felter.

Saw one of their trailers dropped at my customers yard in Montreal, yesterday . They are still pulling loads out of there, they have been since the recession back in 2008-9. Cost me about $300.00 a load, when we had to adjust our rates to match the new arrival's.

I do not even want to gander at the total lost revenue.
 
Had Steve from Frasier Logistics call me today to try and book a load. All was well until I noticed they have a very bad TCC score on link. I emailed him and said I'd changed my mind and wouldn't give him the load now. Well numerous emails back with name calling and more. Added them to the DNU list.

These guys have resurfaced. The old woman is opening it back up registered in her name for her grandson to broker freight. I believe it is Jupiter Freight/Logistics but will revise one confirmed.

Are they the same carrier / people? The name being used is GROUPE LOGISTIQUE FRASIER INC. using a po box in Waterdown. Steve & Luanne 905-220-9411
If so pretending to be french is a trick I haven't seen before.
 
I got screwed by these guys way back in 2006. The sob story I got was the owner ( an older guy ) had died and his wife didn't know how to access bank accounts. What a line of B.S. I showed up at their yard which was in south Mississauga if I remember right, but it was like trying to kill cock-roaches, you can't find em. Ended up with nothing, thought about bringing my winch bar in with me, but, as a means of collection, only that raises a lot of attention ( sometimes gets results tho )

This is not the same MC number. You put 323 instead of 313. This 'out of service' company is out of Steen Mississippi.
