Dispatcher Training

Does anyone know of a good Dispatcher Training Course? I have a young pup who definitely has the brain power but I thought maybe it would be good to get some outside training by Professionals as opposed to Old Dogs teaching the same old tricks. Not that they don't work but maybe put together you never know what would happen. Thanks in advance.

I personally think that the Old Dog is probably the best teacher. Remember Lowmiler, not only do you know the 'old tricks' you also have had to adapt and learn over the past years, the new tricks. Combining both is probably a pretty big advantage
