I am going to be hauling for Bison that has yard to yard and I go from Calgary to BC. But the BC yard doesn't have ayone in the yard to sign off stating the load has been delivered to the yard. Can someone explain to me how I would proof of delivery for billing purposes and what not.

And another question - lets just say I go from BC to AB. When should I be calling them for the load?
I delivered the load to AB - how many hours after should I call them for the load from AB to BC?

Lets just say I am hauling a load from alifornia to AB - then picking up a trailer from there to take to BC. What documents should I give them?

BTW - this is for TRACTOR SERVICE.

Doesn't your dispatcher have a cell phone or someway you can contact them when you deliver? Up load a photo with the load at the yard? LOL

I believe there is probably a security guard there that can sign. But I may be wrong.

Don't you think that you should be asking these questions from Bison? Since they're the ones you will be working, they would be the ones to provide you with the best answers to all your questions.
