Usually I am the first to give everyone the benefit of the doubt - but bad experience with Direct Connect Logistics -

Booked a load out of LA - we washed the trailer and it rained the night before - so went to shipper - shipper said come back when trailer is dry. Meanwhile broker cancels the load - I request a TONU - and have an email saying - "Confirmed! Sending TONU. "

Infact we picked a load from the SAME shipper going to the SAME receiver later that day - trailer had dried out.

Now no answer to our request for TONU - phone on VM directly... suggestions ... anyone have another person I can take this to at Direct? My contact is Haley

Update - wrote a Google review - got an email from the COO - will keep you guys posted regarding the resolution to this - stay tuned folks

Received TONU - promptly - and was told to contact the COO directly if any issues- invoiced it - let's see payment turnaround time..
