I think we have a problem with them. We are now more than 75 days and still not paid grrrrr

The owners joel and lorne tried to tell me that I had to accept a salary change from my base salary from 50,000 plus 15% to 15,000 plus 25% and remote only. When I refused this horrible offer in writing , lorne told me he wont pay me anything and just fired me. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for constructive dismal and with hold the company cellphone and laptop to make sure that I got somewhat of a settlement out of them.
After wards they only paid 1 year of severance after working there for 4 plus years. They also canceled my insurance that I had paid for early and stole many commissions from me.
The reason that it takes your invoices so long to get paid is because the bank always gets paid first on their loans. Then whatever is left is for salaries and other expenses. Truckers are the last to be paid all the time.

2 invoices 66 and 82 days, giving us the run around for the last 4 week and we have a 3rd invoice brewing at 33 days now.
We have them on DNU since 2018 because of issues with payments and stretching them out well over 100 days. It was always the same excuses - waiting for signature, cheque in the mail, which is never received after a few weeks, please send EFT info but no EFT sent then finally a cheque comes post dated a couple days earlier.

Yes its no doubt that's exactly what we are experiencing. They seem to be a large company that cares for each load, with tracing department, dispatchers, sales, administrators, accountants.... Its nice that each person has a task, but put your sh!t together and let 1 person do 2 tasks, maybe you will be able to pay your most important partners on time.
The ones who actually do the work, send you a pod right after delivery so you get paid quicker and able to complete your part of the agreement.

It’s a tiny company that doesn’t even own the computers or cellphones the employees use.

I don't think they are tiny, but just ignorant and mismanaged. We would recommend to stay away unless you getting COD.

They been on our DNU list since early 2020 for the reason of late payments and false promises. Now we been hired to collect on numerous invoices aged for over 6 months. The shipments of the scrap metal destined to Reading PA.
After numerous calls to parties subject to BOLs we finally found the contact who is contracting Destination Logistics as a broker.
