These guys are horrible. Full of lies, beware of these clowns. If you want to upset a customer and possibly lose them these are the guys to use. 2 1/2 days late on a shipment and think that we shouldn't be calling and looking for answers. This is just my personal opinion but I beleive that these guys couldn't tighten a pair of velcro shoes on their feet if their lives depended on it...

We had similar problems with them picking up freight. I think at one point their entire fleet must have been stuck in the yard at same time.
 
aren't the accounts recievable people members of this forum,,,why not ask them to come clean,that's why we come on here is to keep people on the straight and narrow..come on drc accts,speak up....
 
I might be mistaken but I don't believe they are one in the same...

I would stay away. Gave them a load last year and they lied the entire time. Load delivered 2 days late , even lied about it being delivered on 2 occasions.

Just what I expected - they cancelled last minute. They used the excuse that the driver still had not crossed the border into the US. But it's funny cause when I booked the load with them yesterday - they said the driver could load earlier due to he was already at his delivery in the US and was just waiting to be worked. DNU for sure.

These guys moved into the old El Dorado yard in Belle River, old junk trucks and trailers around the building. Turned a nice complex into a ghetto - tells a lot about how they run their business.

We had the same issue with these guys - dumped a load back into our lap with a million excuses why they could not pick up.

Somehow they were in the system from a while ago and I'd not read this and other threads on this "provider" before we gave them a load...
I'll chime in and say this - do not use if they are the last truck fictitious or not in a 500 mile radius. Not yet delivered and when it is, I'll post a follow-up.

Note their slogan reads:
Your Commitment is to Ship Our Commitment is to Deliver

Too funny.

Just cancelled a partial with them. They were to pick up some freight yesterday in IL. Did not as per shipper, they stated that they did. We in trun went on hold for 15 minutes while Jesse figured it all out, then disconnected the line as well :) Would not answer answer the phone line from then on. Did not even answer our email request for more information last night at 5:15 PM until now 10 Am next day. Just cancelled. Do not use....
 
Full of Lies. Cant believe from where they bring all these excuses. Did one hot shipment of GM 15 hours late on 250 miles trip. No email replies, no phone answer, rude people. Wonder how they are still around. Worst nightmare,
 
I see I never posted my follow-up.

10 days late with multiple breakdown BS stories (on a TL order)... Of course they will never see a stick from us again.
