Looking for information on Delta Art & Mirror (Delta Graphics 2000).

Anyone with dealings? Positive or negative?

he has an invoice that's 106 days old and it's only for 600.00

They owe me an invoice that's 106 days old and it's only for 600.00 and they haven't got any answers

It took us 92 days to get under $500 and Lynda in A/P was a real peach to deal with....

After many calls and promised cheques mailing out - she finally admitted they had cash flow issues.

Stay far away from this outfit - never return calls or emails either.

Forquin1 - you just need to stay on Lynda to get it. Or speak to the owner - Marc Kornhaber - if he won't give you any answers - tell Lynda you will rebill the shipper for it.

That may at least get you a partial payment....
 
All Connect Logistical Services has a current lawsuit against them for monies owed - $7K.

Bradley Transportation has a suit against them - as well as non transport companies (Atlas/Planet Paperbox/Royal Containers).

Seven lawsuits in total....

I would forward the invoice to the shipper and put the heat on them to pay - you'll likely be waiting alot longer to be paid from Delta - if they ever intend to handle their payables at all at this point.
 
this company is now in recevership as of Monday, another owner who grab more than what he should of

Did you forward your invoice to the shipper to pay? This is your only option now...

This news is not surprising at all - horrible company to deal with. Thanks for posting the update.
