I am using them right now and they seem to answer the phone and respond to their email. But there is a few red flag I have noticed. Seeing your post raises questions. Have you resolved your payment issue?

We have used them in the past. I deal with Alain. He gets the job done but I would not use him on a time sensitive shipment. There have been always delays with pick ups and deliveries.

I just cancelled 2 loads from Alain. He kept promising to pick up a certain day and never does and I can't ever get a straight answer from him. He seems like a nice guy but I can't take risks with this client which now makes me late with my schedule of pick ups. Thanks for your feedbacks.
