Dedicated Freight Systems?

Been in conversation with these guys, looking to haul some loads for them. Anyone have payment history on them, any good at paying their bills?

My invoice is now nearing 60 days and was supposed to be paid last week by EFT but nothing received.

It's for a load from California so it's quite a bit of dough...

That's a new one, at least for us. Outstanding invoice with Dedicated Freight. They are applying a $200.00 PENALTY. The reason: receiver and driver altercation during delivery. Both, the customer (Receiver) and the broker (Dedicated Freight) classified it as a poor/failure service and agreed to penalize the carrier by undercutting the contract by $200.00. Did not expect whatsoever that we going to have to deal with such BS.

LMAO hearing this quite a bit on US boards. Seems to be the new thing, brokers just deduct what you feel like. I do believe tis will bite more brokers in the ass then it will feed.

Wonder how they came up with $200 as a penalty? $50 per curse word X 3 + $20 per stink eye and $30 for a middle finger? Imagine what the fine would have been if the driver made reference to the receivers mother!!!
