ORIGINAL CARRIER - Giant Logistics. you gave this load to SKY STAR and they used our company.
There were two businesses engaged in this.
They both refuse to give us money.
Sky Star Transport paid $4,500 . With only $2500 remaining, they are now telling us to do whatever you want to do.
I'm not sure where they acquire the confidence to say that.
AUTOLOGIC TRANSPORT INC. is now on Baxter Bailey's , weekly report Baxter, Bailey and Associates" They are a USA collection company. David at Baxter Bailey <david@bbcollects.com> if anyone wants their list .

Roadino. Found out this morning that they double brokered some our shipments for SK to ON. the carrier reach out to our customer asking for payment. I have all the proof needed including email exchange and loads agreements between the 2 carriers.. they also use a factoring company. DNU

Our trucking side did 1 load back in December and got paid for it at the end of April.
I guess we should be thankful we got paid but they are now on the DNU list.

same thing happened to us last year. i contacted Baxter Bailey and they recovered payment for us just got check yesterday. did not get full amount of course but better than nothing and BB is ruthless on how they go after these brokers and shipper/recievers. i would contact them.

Amazon loads are tough to collect. Simple ones we usually collect in under 30 days. More complex, multi-load, collections we can usually collect in 3 months.
