Does anyone have an alternate phone number for Day & Night Cargo? The only one I have is 905-461-9400. They picked up our freight on January 10th, told us it delivered in Washington on the 16th. They sent us a signed BOL for delivery. Freight still hasn't delivered in fact paps shows crossed January 21st. We have constant lies and very poor communication from Manny. We still do not know where our heated freight is.

I have a customer who just went throught the same thing with another broker (they didn't' book with us as our rate was too high). Anyway, the broker they used obviously did not check up on Day and Night and they picked up a load early last week to Florida, it has not even cleared the border yet and they gave the broker a fake POD. I gave them the numbers provided below but just wondering if this other freight was ever found and if anyone has any updates or info?
 
I hate to say it, but it looks good on your customer. Spend a dollar to save a penny ... spectacular fiscal responsibility there <sic>.
 
The company is still operating and so far behind in payments. Have invoices 98 days and saying this week.

Was told Manny signs cheque's, but when you call he is payables depending on the week. Told to contact Ritika and she only works Monday, Wednesday and Friday and she makes the cheque's. Beware.
