Did a flatbed load out of NY on march 27th our invoice mailed out march 31st.Not Easy to get an answer of anybody. Anyone having similar experiences with them?? Any info appreciated.

We have them on DNU as a carrier, they tried to pass someone elses wsib certificate off as their own. I don't trust them

I have been trying to call them for 2 weeks. Left numerous messages - never get a live person and no one ever calls back. doesn't look so good:mad:
 
Doesn't even pick up their calls anymore.. Up for collection.. anyone successful in collecting from Dansway?
 
In responce to your posting,we do in fact answer our phones...and we are also still in business and not intending to run from our responsibilities.If you would like to leave me a message in regards to your outstanding invoice,please do so..and I will have it taken care of.Things are not as they always appear...keep this in mind!

There are 5 companies listed below - all reporting the same information - no return calls - no one picks up - late payments etc.

Now a post from Dansway directly that "all is fine" - this is a PERFECT example of just how great this site is for getting the word out about delinquents...

I hope you are all able to "get somewhere" now...
 
I am not quite sure just who it is posting this information about Dansway at DRC,(a company hiding behind initials and not posting any names)and a company we would not do business with...you seem to have alot to say about something you know nothing about....yes..this is a perfect example of how the rumour mill gets the word out...just tread lightly as to what word you post my friend.

If I saw five postings in the negative about my company from FIVE different posters I think instead of making vieled threats I would be looking at my operation and mending some fences with carriers. One or two posts maybe I can see some inaccurate information but FIVE is a fire not smoke.

I think that you need to look closely at what AccountsReceivable@DRC posted. I see nothing malicous in this posting. AccountsReceivable@DRC is simply stating that for 5 seperate members to be complaining, there must be a problem. There is no rumour involved in AccountsReceivable@DRC's statement. AccountsReceivable@DRC is merely putting in their 2 cents worth, which I might add is considered valuable on this site. If you don't like what is being written, then maybe you should investigate internally within your company to see what is going on, rather than trying to sling mud. There are 5 members here that are complaining about problems with your company, message them privately and try to resolve the situation honourably. It would better your companies reputation, mud slinging merely tarnishes it further....That's my 1/2 cent...
 
I normally do not get involved in this type of "banter".

As a "Senior" member Dansway - rumors get posted under the "Rumors" heading. Your company unfortunately was posted & noted under the "Non Payer" heading. For whatever reason...

As a "Junior" member to this site - a word of advice - you will receive more support, respect and valuable information from other members going forward -if you keep your "responses" in check.

Appreciate the backup from the other Senior members.
 
I would like to commend Godfather & Accountsreceivable for conducting themselves in a dignified & adult manner
 
I am not in need of your councelling thank you, as a Senior or Junior Menber it is irrelevant to this situation.

Dansway has paid us - it was beyond terms, but did get paid. They were fine to deal with - think they were waiting on some receivables - like everyone else
 
If I had not paid an invoice from March 31st, the last thing I would do is post a response saying things are "not what they appear". Just my 2 cents.
 
what's wrong with these statements?? WE DO ANSWER OUR PHONES..AND... IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE...??? if you give people enough rope...

Just to be fair and not jump to any conclusions Mr. Pope, I took the trouble to call your company at both numbers listed in this thread ... there was no answer at either number. I got automated voicemails at everyone's extension including yours. At the very least your company would be very difficult to deal with if your company if a live person can't even be reached in dispatch.

Not answering your phones is SMOKE ... 5 separate and negative postings about your company on this site is a 5 alarm FIRE!

I am not saying that the 5 negative postings are 100% accurate but you are not doing yourself any favours Mr. Pope by hiding behind voicemails.

Godfather....It appears you too find great pleasure in making comments in regards to situations that don't involve you.Your half cent, or even two cents as you describe it in your postings, are just that...and have about the same value.When you unaware of a situation and why it persists don't you think going to the source is best?If you have any questions or concerns you would like to discuss with me(which would then allow you to make an educated posted rather than the present posting you throw out there)step out of the shadows...show yourself and who you are so we can address the concerns forth with.
