We hauled a load for this company in November 2008. We were able to get in touch with their bookkeeper in February and March 2009, although not easily. In August 2009, we and several other creditors received a letter offering to haul our freight to work off their debt. Although their trucks were regularly seen in the areas our freight was offered, they were conveniently "never there". Since then, we have called collection agencies (unsuccessful), Better Business Bureau, of which they are a member (also unsuccessful), combined with literally dozens of phone calls. Phones are NEVER answered by anyone in administration, nor are any messages returned. The only person who ever answers a phone is Don in dispatch, who obviously has nothing to do with payables. The only return communications I have ever received is a letter from their lawyer in February 2010, telling me I would be paid, and insisting I stop calling. Since that time, this company has added trailers to their fleet, while continuing to ignore their debt. I will regularly update my dealings with this rude, apparently spineless carrier.
