Danco Trucking from Keswick, just made my DNU list, they will not return any email or return phone calls. I have invoices overdue.

Did you ever get paid?

We have outstanding invoices from last summer. "Dan" says he was unaware that we had moved anything for him.

Same story for you?

Danco

Invoice is still outstanding. I called their customer, and then I got a call from them saying the cheque would be mailed, but we have never received it.
Over 130 day old invoice.

Still nothing from them.

What happened when you called their customer? Did you get any results?

Bob told me the cheque was in the mail but we have yet to see it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

I am just wondering what the outcome was with you guys and Danco? I found this site by a google search and saw this. I am having the same problem with this company and wondering what direction I should go.

Cheers!

Danco

We did get paid after several calls to their customer, and their customer calling them. It was a long battle.

Still waiting....

The saddest thing about these guys??? They are STILL posting freight on Link Logistics. The customer where we picked up paid Danco within 30 days and therefore isn't much help to us.

Bottom Line? You are taking a huge chance if you haul freight for Danco.

hauling-ass, if you were the carrier named on the Bill of Lading, it doesn't matter if Danco was paid by the customer. They are still responsible to pay the carrier that actually hauled the freight. There have been many previous posts regarding this situation. If the numbers justify it, you should consult with a para-legal such as ScamChaser to explore your options. Whether you go after the shipper, or directly after the broker who sold the load to you, it is very possible to get your money.

This isn't good to read.. I am a trailer rental company and they owe me for a rental..They are now over 190 days..

Looks like this is going to be a battle.

Your advice paid off!

Thanks Loaders!! We took your advice and we finally got paid!

You're more than welcome, but the thanks really belongs to this site and all the contributing members. The free exchange of ideas and helpful warnings about unethical business practices are what make this site worthwhile. Glad to hear you had a positive outcome to your problem!

How much is owed? I can probably help you. I know them quite well. Call me and discuss it.

Thanks,
