Looking for service experiences with Damp-R services out of Caledon.

It appears that we have used them a few times recently. There are no notes in our system that indicate we had any problems.

Love Damp-R, great carrier does great work. We try and book them ahead of posting certain lanes and wouldn't hesitate if they called on a posted shipment. 189 shipments to date, Kevin is typically the point of contact.

Have them on 2 loads
1 p/u yesterday and 1 p/u today
I guess I can say the truck service is great
My only grippe is that they dont update tracking dept/respond to emails.
both loads were picked up very early morning yesterday and today and we weren't even notified or asked for customs docs ( none given by shipper)
