We had a load given to them AB to MD back in October. They were paid for the same in November and now another Carrier is coming to us for payment for the load. We were notified by the carrier that they were brokered that load by D&W Logistics without our authorization. They do not have Broker Authority in first place. We're trying to reach out to D&W since last week but they've been dodging our calls. Stay aware with them y'all! They are on DNU for us.

If this is the Winnipeg based carrier - a friend had the same experience with them - double brokered a load about 3 years ago and wouldn't pay - they got paid in a very roundabout way
The friend and D&W shared a mechanic - the mechanic was also owed money and they worked something out for my friend. If the carrier is Winnipeg based maybe they can go to the office/home address and demand payment

Just to let people know, there is also a company named D&W forwarders, this one is pretty big and owned by IKO.

When I checked Last week the website was still up, but you're right, we're assuming they're going out of business

Any news D&W not paying bills . we did two load for them $1200 owners name Prabjot he promised few time now phones off email. We sent email to loadlink last week .
