Has anyone else had trouble with this company? I have done 2 loads with them one for 300 miles LTL that took a week to deliver and the other 600 miles has not delivered and its been 3 weeks.

Whenever I call them - put on hold and no one knows anything over there.

Maybe Rockman affiliate

I am not certain of What company the Rockman folks bought out to peddle their double brokered loads in the end , but I do remember that CYR was part of the name.
Try a search on Rockman and see if the name comes up!!

I am in complete and utter disbelief !!!!! I actually saw a Rockman Truck today. A real truck. A highway truck. I'm still reeling.......

If memory serves Rockman was affiliated with Denis Cyr Transport in Montreal on Cote-de-Liesse (same location as Rockman)

Cyr W Transport is in Saint Jerome, QC

I used to have good service from them in the past. But I haven't moved with them recently.

I believe Stephane was the dispatcher.

Don't recall any affiliation with Rockman.

Transport W Cyr is in St Jerome, PQ. When you give them freight to the US, always keep in mind that the LTL you give them is to compliment their moving job at the time.
They are primarily a moving company who focus on PQ to FL and back. So if the household move they are doing gets delayed, most likely your LTL will also.
That being said, they have always done well for us for small LTL to/from Floridas.

W. Cyr is a very good carrier. Out of St. Jerome, QC. Reasonable and no issues on 4 or 5 shipments to date. There was another Cyr Transport in QC that was terrible though.....Havent heard anything from them in along time.
