Has anyone else experianced an increase in truck inspections at the bridge? Had three in the last 5 days with no explaination.
 
If you mean Queenston-Lewiston? They almost always have a DOT inspector there during daylight hours. Just randomly pulling trucks over all day long.
 
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I mean't trucks being pulled in for inspection by U.S. Customs.
 
Is it the same truck? If it is we find that usually a driver has done something to attract attention/piss off of Customs and we find out after the driver leaves because the new driver is pulled in all the time and starts complaining. In order to fix it you need to change the plates on the truck and the issue goes away.
 
I might be wrong... but aren't CBA agents bitching about their contract/workload again? I seem to recall hearing something to that effect and them saying that they are going to purposely cause delays at POE's to attract attention to the issues.
