hello wanted to know your insight to what and how to prepare a contract for new customers? what have you guys have included that may be important now days?
also if you have any links or PDF templates that you've used?

please let me know your thoughts

If you are referring to a broker/carrier contract, there is an example of one on the NTBA website that might be of interest to you. If you mean a contract between a carrier or broker and a shipper, they tend to be very customer specific so I doubt there would be much available of the generic type. Before you get too carried away with crafting a multi-page contract and then asking your shippers to sign it, perhaps you might just enter into simple one page agreements to start off. Things like payment terms, accessorial charges, etc. Just a thought.
