I don’t mean to sound flippant, but aren‘t all types of businesses plagued with a list of their own unique problems? If it was easy, wouldn’t everyone want to be a trucking business owner? Most, except one of those problems listed affect all carriers equally. That one however, gives those who adopt it, a distinct and unequal advantage over their peers…Driver Inc. I find it interesting that those who want to defend the use of Driver Inc, somehow feel the need to blame the government for their decision to use such a scheme, kind of a “the devil made me do it” response.
