Crusaders Cargo Carriers

Anyone have any info regarding this carrier.( service issues)
Thinking about giving them some LTL from MI - PQ

I will double check, but i do believe I gave them my load and all was good.

I've only used them once.
they did pick up and deliver as scheduled.

They did a load for me and all went well. Delivered on time without issues.

We have found that with Crusaders, there are no issues with our inbound freight.
When they are assigned for outbound to the USA however, their grasp on the concept of truth somehow escapes them......

@Llama you are right, we just got burnt twice by this carrier crusaders group. They had a pickup appointment for 9am in Brampton, next ETA we got was 11am ; other at 3pm and then it was re-scheduled for next day.

Once it got re-scheduled for next day, no one from this carrier replied on the emails. Finally our CSR called and got the same run - around till 11am and then carrier eventually cancelled the load on us stating our driver does not wants to go.

Anyone work with them recently? They did a cross-border load for us (inbound), no issues but I wanted to know if they brokered it out or not. Are they asset based or a broker? Or both?
