Don't know about this. But, the load got cancelled on me as well. Their excuse was that it got put on hold.

Great folks

My hat's off to this company.

Never dealt with them before, but last week a heavy ltl with a 2nd drop in Ottawa ( after Montreal) got really urgent and had to deliver pronto, client was out of stock and plant would be down.

Long story short we got the 5 skids delivered in Ottawa a little later than expected, around 9:30pm.

Did the MTL. drop on Monday and invoiced Tuesday via fax.

Check for complete trip arrived via snail mail today. There was no quick pay deductions or any discussions of.

I think I have found Nirvana!

Stay away from these crooks. They deal with mostly chicken and other meat loads and broker out too. They do not pay the carriers and will try to put a claim on the carriers insurance even if there is no damage, shortage or temp variance. Even an hour late at delivery could result in a claim.

This is all done so they can make up for the cheap rates they have been contracted with the customers.
They will not advise you of the claim after delivery - but after a few months when you bug them for payment.

You think a cheque is in the mail - Sorry no - its an intent to claim.

Think 100 times before you pull for Conrad !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to say I'm kind of surprised at the negative feedback but appreciate it if that's your experience.
We work with CRT and usually get paid in 30 days.
