I don't have an address for them but I think they may be linked with M.S. International out of St-Eustache, Quebec. Just looking for some information on them.
Thanx!

Cree is working with MS.They are moving a few hundred loads out of Vancouver to a Hydro One project north of Kapuskasing.I believe MS is working for Cree who has the contract.Just got my cheque for my load I did two months ago. There will be more loads in a month.12'wide modified containers.

M.S. International is now at almost 100 days from invoice with us. Though management flatly denies the unfavourable rumours, their payment patterns reflect a deteriorating situation.

So M.S. is just double brokering for Cree then. I'm not surprised by the payment terms because utilities are generally slow payers, and I think that this kind of job is probably a bit more than what either one of these companies can handle without a cash crunch.

Just to mention that even a biggie like Labatt is over 6 months to pay. Apparently they pay when the product they made hits the market. Just wanted to confirm that some big companies are very long to pay

I don't dispute that. In certain industries, terms longer than 90 days are normal. BUT, part of the value a broker offers to its carrier partners is quick payment terms.

A poorly capitalized broker isn't worth anything. There is skin in the game for capitalized brokers and for companies producing and distributing things. Also, if the company is publicly traded, it is not hard to get visibility on their financial position.
