I was informed that their Toronto office is closed now and everything is coming/going to the office in Montreal.

Has anyone had a issue on getting payment, as I have a invoice that is 88 days and getting the run around.

I also talked to the owner Mario back in early June and he said would take care of my invoice. Every week I call and leave a message but no return call.

Beware.

The office in ON is now closed and Ive Heard of people having trouble getting paid. CRE is a pretty big outfit so Im pretty sure you will get paid .... eventually.

so what is the update ? you got paid ?
 
I would be interested to know as well. I have a invoice with them at 43 days currently.
 
What does that mean Blondie? I gave them the load, so I will be paying them for their services.
Seems thankful, I don't have to collect from them.

Be careful, they might actually double broker your load, or stack more freight on without you knowing.
If they double broker your load, means the carrier will be chasing them, and if they don't pay on time, that carrier will be going after your customer to get paid.
If you can cancel and find another carrier, I seriously would.
