Crate to Dryden, ON

I have a pick up in Plattsburgh, and deliver to Dryden for Wed. Can anyone out there help?

Options 1 - pick up Plattsburgh, deliver to Toronto and forward with ???
Option 2 - pick up Plattsburgh, deliver into Montreal and forward with??
Option 3 - Pick up Plattsburgh, direct drive to Dryden, ON

I don't have the link, so that option not available to me, but really need to get this moved today.
