We did a load for them and they gave us the runaround trying to collect. I cranked it up to 11 on collections and got paid 12 minutes later. I wouldn’t extend credit again because they seem to use delay tactics to stretch things out and I haven’t got time for that.
Haven’t used them as a carrier but their ethics are questionable after my experience. Rob young is their logistics manager and said after the fact if he found out that I threatened to call the shipper before they paid he would have made me wait even longer for payment. That alone is pretty questionable - if you’re late paying maybe an apology would have been a better email!

Our dealing with rob was less then pleasant, received little bits of information at a time
when asked about the border paperwork he told us to check the tracker....great who is the customs broker ?? wouldn't give us that information to check and likes to tell people how long he has been doing this job lol.
we did the job smooth as can be, once delivered got an email asking if we would like to get paid right away for 5%. We figured there will be a run around getting paid after these interactions. will keep you updated on payment.
But they are on our do not use list for sure
