Dealt with them last year on a small ltl for $350.00.
Went through lots of waiting to get the job done without extra charges due to small amount.
Remember well it took at least 90 days to get the check, had something to do with his daughter only coming once a month to cut checks.
This is a home run , very small business.
If the phones are not disconnected try ringing again. I had the same issues, I think this is a part time business for this fellow.
