HAs anyone ever worked with Cooper Freight Systems? Are they ok?

I did the first couple loads they ever posted they paid ok have not done anything for them in a long time.
At one time the sons where going to sell for us but lots of talk no customers!!

He calls alot for rates, dont get much from him though, moved one load about 5 months ago, paid within 45days no problems

We have done one load for them, no payment yet but only a week ago...cheap cheap freight. I do know a few of their credit references personally and they vouch for them both on and off the record......that being said, ask me in 30 days.
