Sounds like it is time to collect from their customer! I bet the customer has a different version of the story.

Did a load for Contour in March and opted for their quick pay, had no problems as far as payment was concerned.

We did Feb load got paid around 30-35 days.

2 shipments paid at 34 and 38 days by mail.
