ARE SOMEHOW CONNECTED
HAD SERIOUS ISSUES WITH CONTINENTAL FREIGHT IN JUNE OF 07 - TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER TO FINALLY GET PAID IN 167 DAYS
STILL TRYING TO GET PAID FROM MOMENTUM ROAD FOR 1 INVOICE FROM JULY THAT THEY SWEAR THEY PAID - DEALING WITH A NEW GIRL IN A/P AND ASKED HER FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND SHE GAVE ME AN ADDRESS SHE SAID SHE WAS USING FOR A GIRL THAT IS O LONGER THERE ADDRESS IS COURTNEY@CONTINENTALFREIGHT.CA
I ASKED HER HOW THEY WERE CONNECT AND SHE SAID THEY USED TO BE AND THAT WAS ALL THE INFO SHE WOULD GIVE ME. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CLEAR UF THE MOMENTUM ACCOUNT SINCE JULY WHEN THE POSITNGS STARTED ON HERE AND WE PUT THEM ON COD.
IT FLOORS ME THAT SOMEONE CAN KEEP OPENING UP THESE BUSINESSES AND SCREWING EVERYONE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD BE IN DETECTIVE WORK NOT TRUCKING.

we are still trying to get paid from momentum. They called us a few weeks ago offering us 50 cents on the dollar. They were paid on our invoice way back in April and have not paid. We have taken them to small claims court and are now in the process of collecting. talk about out of control. We have started a new company and are just waiting until they give us another shipment and then we are pretty positive we will get paid so if anyone else is owed let us know and we will see what we can do.

These girls at Momentum are taking everyone for a ride!!!! They keep switching houses that they operate out of also. They are on the Link but not sure what name they are using now - a carrier contacted me directly about them last week - knew I had negative dealings with them - she was not sure about extending them credit and after what I had to say - didn't give them a dollar.
Something has to give with them - how are they still even operating - isn't the word out on this company yet? Holy moly....

Anyone know if Nexx/Momentum is the same as Continental for sure?? Dealt with Mike Kelly at Continental. Did he work at Nexx or Momentum? Same owner???

Our client is owed By Continental. Did you sue the owner personaly? If so< who do you have listed as owner as we were recently given 2 names. Unsure which is true. thanks
