Hi everyone,

Have had an issue with our bond being send to by our insurance to FMCSA and being approved, but not being updated on FMCSA. I've tried to call FMCSA yesterday and today and have had no luck. Today I was on hold for 1 hour and nothing.

Does anyone know a way to reach someone there to figure out how to resolve our issue?

Any help is appreciated. Stuck in a tight spot as inurance broekr is not helping whatsoever.
 
Could it be an issue at FMCSA being backlogged? Wouldn’t be the first time a government agency on either side of the border, was slow getting getting their information up to date.

In the past i've had to budget 3-6 hours of phone time to get to a human
