Can anyone provide some feedback on what a fair consulting fee is in the area of safety / recruiting?

You will probably get quotes from $45 per hour to $1500 per day depending on who you call. There is alot of expertise needed in this area but $1500 per day is a little excesive don't you think.

Depending on if you have an auditor coming in next week or you are looking for long term support will play into how much they will try to charge you.

I would think around the $ 50-60 per hour range is fair.
