Morning Members,

Can anyone recommend a good company for concrete & interlock work? Need to get some concrete work redone ASAP in a backyard. Trying to get these guys to actually "show up" to do measurements or give a quote has been exhausting. Too many "no shows" as well.

I'd rather take the "someone who knows someone" route. Needed for the Brampton area.

Same boat. Front steps falling apart because the moron before me in the house decided to put interior tile on a wood deck, without a lip or slope for water runoff, concrete and drive all cracked.
I have a guy's number for you, but his quote caused me to pass out (it wasn't the Caesars).

Second guy I have coming Friday. I'll get his business card for you too.

I'll be watching this thread closely,

It isn't just a GTA problem. I'm in the middle of Ontario - can't get a contractor for anything! We wanted a new shop so you would think someone would want a $200+K job. Nope. Called a bunch of contractors. A couple of guys came out and had a look. One never got back to us and the second guy said 'it wasn't worth his while'. Seriously?

MikeJr - if your guy does big jobs and travels, I would like his business card as well.

Me thinks I am in the wrong career.
 
I have a small job to do also, cannot find anyone to do it. Over the course of years, the landing at the base of our entry stairs outside has sunk probably 4 inches at least. It needs a good base of gravel to either put large stones or interlock on top of it. Brutal to find anyone.
