not the railroad but their O/O for CNTL

CN remains committed to finding an amicable resolution for the fourth agreement covering owner-operator truck drivers of Canadian National Transportation Limited which was not approved.

it is not a strike by CN rail but a strike by their O/O at CNTL, yes this would cause issues on their door to door product and as well possible getting in/out of yards due to striking trucks but the trains will not stop.

There is no new updates but seems from what I'm hearing they will get a deal done
